Download and Upload

You are now ready to download the WordPress files and upload them to your hosting account:

Download the latest version of WordPress from http://wordpress.org/download/
Extract the WordPress download to your hard drive.
Upload the contents of the “wordpress” directory to your web site’s root directory using your favorite FTP client.
