CES 2025 dates
CES 2025 is taking place between January 7-10, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The exact dates shift every year, in accordance with it being a mid-week event, but it generally takes place in the second week of January.
CES 2026 will take place on January 6-9, 2026, with it moving nearly a full week earlier than the CES 2024 dates of January 9-12. That leaves even less time for those attending to recover from their winter holiday excesses but will bring the latest tech announcements to us even sooner.
Where is CES 2025?
The Las Vegas Convention Center is the main hub of CES, with the massive event space hosting hundreds of booths where companies get to show off their latest gear. The event also sees meetings take place across Las Vegas, with The Venetian hotel being one of the main hosts. Meanwhile, the Mandalay Bay will host all the main press conferences on the first day of the show – the official press-only day.

It’s worth registering early, to make sure you can plan your time at the show long before the holiday season madness that precedes it.
CES 2025 notable attendees

What to expect at CES 2025
CES 2024 is expected to be a bumper year for big new chip launches from AMD, Intel, and Nvidia with AMD expected to launch its extremely powerful Strix Point gaming laptop CPUs along with its new desktop RDNA 4 graphics cards. It’s also possible we’ll see Nvidia launch its own new graphics cards, such as the RTX 5090.
Otherwise, we’re still a long way from having any meaningful rumors about what lies ahead for CES 2025. However, we can expect AI to play an ever bigger part in our tech worlds – it was huge at CES 2024 – meanwhile OLED screens also made a big splash this year, suggesting they will move ever closer to being the standard option for gaming monitors by next year.
